Job Description Reference : 07-11-02 Position : Senior Completion Superintendent Place : Abu Dhabi - UAE From : Open Duration : 2 years minimum Work Cycle : Resident position - 30 days leave per year Family Status : Single or married Language : English Description : - Preparation of completion, work-over and stimulation programs. Post-mortem analysis. - Follow-up of equipment preparation. Management of contractors. - Support to operation for sensitive ops. - Follow-up of stock and purchase requirements. - Monitoring of well integrity and proposal for WO and intervention if necessary. - Point of contact to well performance team to propose suitable interventions and study; definition of means and company selection. - Engineering of new ESP completion replacing gas lift, as well as down-hole separation. - Exploration high-pressure gas well in preparation: engineering and ops preparation of well testing operations. - This well will be completed for gas production from another layer. Complete design to be proposed, as this type of well is new to the affiliates. - Operation context: 35 years field, 100 wells on-line. Work-overs and interventions. - Continuous activity for drilling and completion of new wells. Conversion of well completions f/GL to ESP’s, down-hole separation, engineering is starting up. High-pressure exploration gas well preparation (keeper) then completion of gas. Experience and Specific Requirements : · 5 years minimum experience on completion engineering / operation.
· Good knowledge of wellheads and Xmas tree is required.
