Job Activity

A. Systems:

- Salsa: Acts as the MM Lead user for Salsa system, which means works with users and key users. Coordinates with key users on Salsa issues. Is in charge of coordination with supports teams in India and France on developing new functionalities in the System, with the help of IT department. Is the link between IT and logistic and Purchasing department. Is in charge of new users of Salsa on MM module in terms of authorizations and training.

- Contiki & VMT:Will be in charge of coordination for the introduction of those “Métier” tools

- In house developed tools:Coordinates the design and implementation of Procurements & Logistics databases as the PR follow-up database and the handling database

B. Reporting: Is in charge of reporting including: BW (SAP reporting tool) user, introducing of Purchasing and logistics databases to follow specials aspects of the activity and Key Performance Indicator.Is in charge of following regular reports of Logistic and purchasing department

C. Methods: Proposes, communicates and acts on process improvements: trainings, reference documents, procedures, intranet Web page…

Context and Environment:

- Liaise with requesters from different operational departments of the Subsidiary to solve Salsa MM problems.

- Communicate with logistics and procurement department to follow process reviewing.

- Liaise with finance to solve MM/FI issuesAct as coordinator with Support team (India, France)Accountabilities

- Make sure that no operations are stopped or delayed due to P&L systems.

- Maintain reporting files available at all times.

- Proper and on time reporting to the Head of Department of any unusual / critical issues that may affect the Department performance/image.

Experience and Specific Requirements :

- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- A Bachelor on Business Administration

- Excellent computer knowledge in general and SAP in particular

- Good sense of analysis

- Able to work under pressure

- Good communications skills

- Team player
