Job Description Reference : 07-11-06 Position : Head of Manapower Place : Qatar From : Open Duration : 1 year minimum Work Cycle : Resident - 30 days leave per year Family Status : Single or married Language : English Description : Plans, supervises and coordinates manpower recruitment and organization control activities. Includes, the preparation of annual manpower and Qatarization plans including succession plans, preparation, maintenance and control of the manpower establishment organization charts. Supervises the preparation and issuance of required Manpower reports and statistics. Ensure effective deployment of the Company's human resources through development and maintenance of sound Experience and Specific Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Personnel Management. - 10 years' experience in personnel, covering all aspects of manpower planning, training and and development, preferably in the oil industry. - Very good written and spoken English.
