Job Description Reference : 07-11-09 Position : Deputy Certification Manager Place : Qatar From : Open Duration : 1 year minimum Work Cycle : 3 months on / 2 weeks off Family Status : Single Language : English Description : - Reports to the Site Quality Manager (SQM). - To ensure that the Project Procedures for Final Documentation are correctly, adequately and satisfactorily applied by Sub-Contractors during the course of construction, Precommissioning and Commissioning activities and through the Mechanical Completion and Handover stage. - To ensure that /Sub-Contractors fulfils the contractual requirements pertaining to the compilation, numbering, preparation of Final Documentation/Project Records, QA Job Data Record Books (Site & Vendor) and generic records as per Project specifications. - To ensure that the Sub-Contractor’s certification system is compliant to Project requirements pertaining to the documentation of Basic Engineering Data and all other activities as per Project Specifications. - To ensure that the Sub-Contractor/Sub-Contractors has applied the Final Documentation Procedure to all the various disciplines of the construction works. - To interface and hold meetings with the Sub-Contractors and pertaining to all Certification issues and report to the SQM. - Responsible for Certification and Final Handover to client f all Project documentation in accordance with ISO requirements and Project Standards- Master Index, Mechanical Catalogues, Vendor Records, Site Fabrication Records, Plant Operation Dossiers, Pre-Commissioning Dossiers, Project Close-out Reports and As-Built Drawings. - Coordinate and follow up closure of NCRs, CARs, and surveillance reports with other disciplines, subcontractors and company. - Issue Final Close-Out Report. Experience and Specific Requirements : - Not less than 10 years experience in certification in Oil & Gas industry
